Mos Gallery Fine Framing has been operating for more than 10 years, and while it’s been a great ride, we are looking for a new adventure. One of the store’s original goals was to open the framing shop, which now exists, but also a gallery that will showcase local artists works, from paintings to photography to mix materials.
This is something we’ve tried to do over the years, but we never found the right space. However, the coffee shop next to our store, Cotton’s, recently announced that they are moving across the city to a larger location, and we decided this would be the perfect space for our new gallery! What’s even better is that Cotton’s will still stay in this location, serving their delicious brewed coffee and scones, while the rest of the space will transform into an art gallery.
Now here comes the fun part: We are looking for local artists to show their art work. We are hoping to find five to seven artists who can provide at least three pieces that can be hung on the walls. We’ll even give a discount to the artists to get their pieces framed from the show. Artists can use this opportunity to show off their work and even sell their pieces.
